CEO, Co-Founder

 Jodie’s extensive experience in healthcare, spanning 30 years as a nurse then as a healthcare executive, showcases a deep understanding of both the provider and insurance company landscapes. Her background in credentialing for both sides of the industry provided the versatile expertise needed to co-found OneCred, an innovative credentialing solution that improves quality and processes for all parties. Notably, her leadership in standing up and spearheading credentialing programs demonstrates her proactive approach to establishing and maintaining rigorous processes within organizations. Jodie has shown her ability to navigate and align with the stringent requirements of accrediting bodies such as URAC and NCQA, speaking to her commitment to upholding industry best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 

President, Co-Founder

 Bill is an innovative technical leader and product developer specializing in full-lifecycle critical computing architectures. He has 20+ years of experience executing multi-year, global infrastructure programs in regulated industries and has delivered end-to-end safety and security-compliant software for world-leading integrators, including Medtronic, Guidant, Apple Titan, Blue Origin, Boeing, Tesla, Amazon, Honda Aircraft, and others. Bill majored in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Virginia, where he earned his ME in Aerospace Engineering. 

 Medical Officer

Leveraging more than 25 years of clinical expertise, Dr. Gillroy is passionate about developing simpler solutions and efficiencies for providers. In her role as Chief Medical Officer, she advises product creation, best credentialing practices, and advocates for efficient and affordable solutions to improve credentialing and data management. Prior to joining Express Scripts in 2021, Dr. Gillroy was Associate Chief Medical Officer at Bright Health, where she supported ACA and Medicare Advantage plans. Previously, she was Medical Director at Colorado HealthOP and served as a governor-appointed physician and chairperson at CoverColorado. Dr. Gillroy earned her medical degree from Georgetown University and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at University of Colorado Health Sciences. She also holds a Master of Science in Public Health. 

Product

 Jenn is a seasoned professional with over a decade of extensive expertise in operations, project and program management, and data management within the healthcare technology sector. As a founding member and head of product at OneCred, Jenn has directed the build and launch of multiple healthcare technology products and serves as a subject matter expert in provider data. Her health tech client portfolio includes industry leaders such as Progyny, Friday Health Plan, and Bright Health Plan. Jenn’s strategic and collaborative approach enables her to solve complex client needs and ensure successful project execution. 

Credentialing

 Teresa has over 20 years of experience in healthcare credentialing. She began her career in 1999 as a Network Coordinator at Magellan Health Services, serving as a liaison between providers and credentialing programs. She later spent 13 years as Director of Provider Relations at Behavioral Healthcare Inc., overseeing Medicaid contracts covering 320,000 members and achieving NCQA accreditation. At Bright Health, Teresa implemented credentialing functions to support URAC Accreditation for a network of over 250,000 providers and facilities across 17 states. She presented approximately 3,000 providers monthly to the credentialing committee. 

Engineering

 David drives innovation in data management and analytics for OneCred, specializing in advanced algorithmic designs and machine learning to optimize provider data solutions. His expertise in convolutional neural networks, machine learning, generative AI, and multi-dimensional optimization enhances data accuracy and operational efficiency. Leveraging tools like TensorFlow, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS, alongside visualization platforms such as Tableau and Grafana, Dave delivers robust data management systems. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego and an MBA from INSEAD France. 

Accounts

 Heather has 30 years of healthcare leadership experience in strategy, sales, relationship development, management and marketing at companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to industry giants such as GE Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson and HCA. She has also served as a valuable resource, mentor and advisor to healthcare and tech founders and CEOs in multiple countries. She possesses a winning blend of leadership, management, relationship, client service, and communications acumen. 

Contracting

 Mary is an innovative healthcare leader with expertise in value-based care strategy, provider contracting, and business development. At OneCred, she drives initiatives that align provider networks with cost-effective, high-performing care models. With a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Colorado, she has deep experience in bundled payments, Direct Primary Care, and full-risk value-based arrangements. A recognized expert in benefit design, rate development, and performance reporting, Mary has advanced Direct-to-Employer solutions that improve outcomes and reduce costs. She is passionate about fostering health innovation and has served on the Board of Directors for Mental Health Partners in Colorado, reflecting her commitment to behavioral health and community-based care. 

Operations

 Anna supports OneCred’s provider data operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Business Analytics and brings a strong analytical skillset to managing and maintaining high-quality provider records. As a key member of the data team, Anna plays an important role in ensuring the integrity of provider information that powers credentialing and compliance efforts. Her attention to detail and drive to build scalable data solutions help support OneCred’s mission to streamline and modernize credentialing processes.
